1. Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

Merchant Information: Shop domain, email, and Admin API data.
App Configuration: Rules stored directly in your shop's Metafields.
Cart Information: Analyzed in real-time by Shopify Functions; never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide MOQ enforcement, manage billing via Shopify API, and offer technical support.

3. Sharing Your Personal Information

We share data only with Shopify (for billing/core services) and Fly.io (for hosting the admin UI). We never sell your data.

4. Data Retention

Configuration is stored as Metafields on your store. Uninstalling the app removes enforcement, but rules remain in your metafields unless manually cleared.
